Autobiography "Child of the footlights" by Addie Marsden nee Brown, includes photographs; postcard album of Addie Brown including momentoes of World War I. Also "Reminiscences in the life of Thomas Pearce" (grandfather of Addie Brown) describing his early life in England, voyage to Melbourne in 1852/53 and his life as a tentmaker in Melbourne in the 1850s. The diary includes reminiscences of Rev. John Wood and Governor Charles La Trobe.
